Your spirits always have your back.
I hope that the lunar eclipse was illuminating in the best way possible for you. As you probably know, eclipse season is not yet over. We still have a solar eclipse to come on April 8.
These seasons of powerful energetic shifts always trigger me (literally). They are reminders of what I cannot control, what I am ashamed of, what I want to stay in the shadows and not come to the light. It's the medicine I don't want to take and the medicine I need the most.
My emotions can be high. My self-esteem can be low. I'm just doing my best to regulate my stress, drink water, and take care of myself. Not so much spiritual, magickal, or energetic work. I'm focusing on resting and recovering so that I can show up for you and my loved ones in the best way possible.
Even though I'm doing less, I know my spiritual support team still has my back.
Here's another story. Yesterday, while I was hosting a support call for my Spiritfound Community, my computer started going haywire. Zoom was lagging and everyone's audio and video was choppy on my end. I thought maybe my Internet was unstable, so I got up to check my router.
I opened my office door and all I saw was smoke. All I smelled was burning chemicals.
It turned out that our very old dishwasher (which dries our dishes with an electric coil that heats up... I know) was smoking because something plastic had fallen on the coil and was melting.
I'm still going to use it because it's hard for me to find ones that work for me. Left-handed problems
When I got back on Zoom, everything was back to normal.
My guides just wanted me to get up so that my house wouldn't burn down. They are still watching out for me even though I'm taking it easy on my personal spiritual work.
Your spirit team has your back, too. Always. All ways. You don't need to talk to them every day. Even when you feel guilty for not doing as much as you think you should, they still are there to love and protect you unconditionally. I hope you remember that.
